Brown Rock Salt 25kg Bags are pink/brown in colour and provides excellent traction due to its large particles and being more visible than white salt it gives you the confidence that areas have been treated. Brown salt is extracted from a mine in Cheshire and conforms to BS3247 and is the same salt used by your local council. Ideal for gritting paths, driveways, transport yards, car parks and roads and is perfect economical choice for treating large areas.

Weather Forecast

Your order will arrive on a wooden pallet. The driver will lower this to the ground using the hydraulic tail-lift fitted to the vehicle and use a hand operated pallet truck to move the pallet off the tail-lift platform. We can only guarantee a kerb side delivery, however where possible the driver will attempt to move the pallet to another area (driveway, pathway etc). This will only be possible if the surface is firm and level, such as concrete, block paving and tarmac etc and at the driver’s discretion. The pallet truck will not operate on any uneven or soft surface such as grass or gravel or on steep slopes. If the pallet is left at the kerbside it will then be your responsibility to transfer the product to your preferred area. If there is an access issue for large vehicles (the size of a refuse lorry etc) on the roads leading to your property, please let us know before you place your order.
